LTris is hiring an HR Admin Coordinator to support our HR and administrative operations.

This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to start a career in renewable energy and gain hands-on experience in quality review and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and monitor the company inbox

  • Prepare monthly government reports (DOLE, BIR, etc.)

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

  • Review time tracking entries for accuracy

  • Update internal trackers and support admin tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field (Fresh grads welcome!)

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

  • Strong communication skills

  • Comfortable working remotely

  • Able to handle confidential information responsibly
