LTris is hiring an HR Admin Coordinator to support our HR and administrative operations.
This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to start a career in renewable energy and gain hands-on experience in quality review and compliance.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and monitor the company inbox
Prepare monthly government reports (DOLE, BIR, etc.)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Review time tracking entries for accuracy
Update internal trackers and support admin tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field (Fresh grads welcome!)
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working remotely
Able to handle confidential information responsibly
